Trip To Currumbin

We had a pass to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary that we’d bought at the Milk Bank Gala Ball last year that was about to expire so we thought we’d go for a trip.  Alexander really liked the lorikeets.

A Weekend Away

We though it was about time we had a bit of a getaway so we packed the family up and headed down the coast to Byron Bay and Lennox Heads for a weekend.  I was thinking it was a lot further away but with the new Tugun bypass, we were there within an hour.  Anyway, we all had a good time.  We stayed at a place called Bundaleer Retreat, halfway between the two which was very peaceful (until we got there anyway).
